Cancellation Registration cancellations must be made in written form to the Conference Secretariat. Before September 1, 2016: 80% refund (20% processing fee) After September 1, 2016: No registration refunds will be made after this date As an alternative to cancelling, you may transfer your registration to another member of your organisation, subject to a Euro 30 processing fee. Confirmation of Registration Participants will receive an acknowledgement of their registration. Reservations will be finalized and confirmed only after having received the payment by Weco Travel Ltd.
Letter of Invitation If you require a letter of invitation please notify the Conference Secretariat. Invitation is only to assist participants to obtain visa and does not imply any commitment of the Conference Administration to provide financial support.
